Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Pineland Ops website, Skill Tabs, and the Pineland OS advisor. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live; if you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.

AI outputs and human judgment

The advisor generates drafts and suggestions using AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. They are not legal, medical, financial, employment, or other professional advice. Verify facts and obtain professional advice when appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving work before you use it, send it externally, or change a business record.

Plans and limits

• Free, no account: 5 messages a day.
• Free account: 20 messages a day.
• Pineland OS Pro ($10/mo, not yet available): fair use of 200 messages a day.

Limits reset daily in UTC. Features and limits may change with reasonable notice where practical. We may rate-limit or suspend access to prevent abuse, protect security, or control service costs. Pro is not currently offered for purchase; the price and features above describe the intended offering and do not create a subscription today.

Your content

You keep your rights to the material you submit. You grant us a limited right to process your messages, files, links, and optional profile to provide your requested response and operate the service as described in the privacy notice. Only submit content you are permitted to use and share. Do not provide sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material without proper authority. We do not claim ownership of your AI outputs; you are responsible for how you use them, and similar outputs may be generated for others.

History and deletion

Free-tier chats are not saved as reopenable conversations. If Pro becomes available, conversation text will be saved to your account until you delete it; uploaded file payloads are not retained in chat history. You can delete individual Pro conversations. Payments

No Pro payments are being accepted today. If Pro launches at the listed $10 per month, checkout will present the price and billing terms before you pay. Stripe will process payments; we will not receive your full card number. A subscription will renew monthly until canceled. You will be able to manage or cancel it through a subscription portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Applicable taxes and any refund terms will be shown at checkout. If a payment fails, paid access may be paused or ended. Nothing here creates a refund entitlement beyond applicable law or the terms presented at checkout.

Acceptable use

Do not evade usage limits, interfere with the service, submit malicious links or files, infringe others' rights, or use outputs for unlawful or harmful purposes. We may remove access when necessary to protect the service or others.

Availability and responsibility

We may modify or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any dispute or liability terms requiring a jurisdiction-specific agreement should be confirmed before paid subscriptions launch.
